Pokemon Center 2021 Chimchar mascot plush keychain. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in August, 2021, for a very short time and in very limited quantity. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester).
