Pokemon 2023 SV2a Pokemon Card 151 series special card binder set (Charizard/Venusaur/Blastoise Version). It was sold in Japan, in June, 2023 for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, THEY WERE ONLY SOLD BY LOTTERY AT THE POKEMON CENTERS!!! The set contains 5x booster packs (each with 7 random cards), 3 promo cards and a mini card storage binder.
