Pokemon Center 2018 Pokemon Yurutto Campaign Vol. 2 Pyukumuku gashapon figure. It was only sold in vending machines at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in November, 2018, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The figure came in a random capsule in the vending machine. There was 6 different versions. Its comes in a plastic capsule with booklet. Made of plastic. PLEASE NOTE: These are vending machine plastic figures, so the paint job will not always be 100% perfect.
