Pokemon Center 2018 SM#5+ Ultra Force Xurkitree holofoil promo card. This card was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in January, 2018, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during a special SM#5+ "Ultra Force" booster box promotion. It has the "Ultra Force" logo on the middle left hand side of the card (In Japanese). It was not sold in any booster pack, theme deck or anywhere else.
