Pokemon 2016 Metal Collection XY&Z Series #2 Riolu figure (Silver Version). It was only sold in random capsules in the vending machines at the Pokemon Center and a few other random locations in Japan, in August, 2016, for a very short time. There was 8 different medals/figures that came in 4 different colors (Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper). Made of metal.
