Pokemon 1999 Wooper & Quagsire set of 2" Tomy plastic figures. This figure set was sold at the Pokemon Centers and some toy stores in Japan, back in 1999. Extremely rare. Made of plastic. Out of production. NOTE: THIS FIGURE SET IS VERY OLD, SO THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING HAS SOME FRAYING ON THE CORNERS, A FEW DENTS OR DINGS AND A FEW CREASES DUE TO AGE, BUT OF COURSE THE FIGURE IS UNOPENED.
