Pokemon Center Online 2016 Whimsicott Substitute Campaign Poncho Pikachu Whimsicott Substitute Plush Toy (Version #2)
Pokemon Center Online 2016 Whimsicott Substitute Campaign Poncho Pikachu Whimsicott Substitute plush toy (Version #2 - With blackboard). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Center Online Shop in May, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Whimsicott Substitute Campaign. This version was not sold in any of the Pokemon Centers, only Online. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removeable, but you pull the hood back). There was 2 versions of this plush toy made. Version #1 was sold in all the Pokemon Centers and version #2 was only sold online. Comes with blackboard and marker. Made of soft material (polyester).
