Pokemon Center 2016 Whimsicott Substitute Campaign Poncho Pikachu Whimsicott Substitute plush toy (Version #1 - No blackboard). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Whimsicott Substitute Campaign. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removeable, but you pull the hood back). There was 2 versions of this plush toy made. Version #1 was sold in all the Pokemon Centers and version #2 was online sold online (with blackboard and marker). Made of soft material (polyester).
