Pokemon Center 2013 Whimsicott Substitute Mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in August, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was also re-released in 2015 and 2023 in very limited quantity. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a metal chain, so you could attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
