Pokemon Center 2015 Whimsicott Substitute Plush Toy

Pokemon Center 2015 Whimsicott Substitute plush toy. It was only sold in Japan at the Pokemon Centers, starting in January, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This plush toy was originally released back in 2013 and then re-released in 2015, 2018 and 2023. It is almost identical to the 2013 version, except that the paper tag on the 2015, 2018 and 2023 version is larger than the 2013 version. Made of soft material (polyester).
Height: 5.25" (13.5cm) from feet to tip of ears
Length: 5.5" (14cm) from nose to tail
Width: 4.5" (11.5cm) at widest part
Condition: Brand new. Never been played with. Smoke-free environment. Tag attached.
