Pokemon Center 2016 Whimsicott Substitute Campaign RANDOM plastic keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Whimsicott Substitute campaign. It comes inside a box with one random keychain. You will receive one UNOPENED, RANDOM plastic keychain. There were 11 different keychains plus 1 secret rare in the series. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of plastic.
