Pokemon Center 2016 Whimsicott Substitute Campaign Whimsicott Substitute, Minun & Plusle plastic keychain (Version #7). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Whimsicott Substitute campaign. It came inside a box with one random keychain. There were 11 different keychains plus 1 secret rare in the series. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of plastic. NOTE: The keychains inside the box were random, so the box has been opened to see which strap was inside.
