Pokemon Center 2015 Whimsicott Substitute Charm NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2015 Whimsicott Substitute charm. This charm was not sold in any Pokemon Center, toy store or anywhere. It was given out during a special promotion at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in February, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. These charms were completely gone within a couple hours. It has a clip so that you can clip it on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to.

Condition: Mint condition. Sealed in plastic.
