Pokemon Center 2010 Walking Starters series #2 Pikachu compact tote bag. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2010, for a very limited time during the Walking Starters #2 special campaign. Made in very limited quantity. It has a small pocket inside the bag. Made of nylon and cotton. Out of production.
