Pokemon Center 2019 SM#10b Sky Legend Victini holofoil promo card. This card was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during a special SM#10b Sky Legend booster box promotion. It has the "Sky Legend" logo on the middle right hand side of the card (In Japanese). It was not sold in any booster pack, theme deck or anywhere else.
