Pokemon Center 2010 Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott set of 3 mini memo pads. Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott are also known as Tsutarja, Pokabu & Mijumaru in Japanese. This set of memo pads was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2010, for a very limited time. The top cover opens up and there are pages inside to write on. The inside of the memo pads are the same picture as each of the 3 characters. Then you can turn the paper over and write a message on the back.
