Pokemon 2002 Trainers Magazine Volume #16 Bayleef, Quilava & Croconaw set of 3 promo cards. These 3 promo cards came inside the Japanese Trainer Magazine Volume #16 (Magazine NOT INCLUDED), back in May, 2002. Trainers magazine issue #1-13 were sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan. Starting with issue #14 until they stopped making the magazines at issue #21, all the Trainers magazines were only available to fan club members. The cards were numbered with a "T" for Trainers magazine and had a special white symbol on the bottom right corner of the card (see additional pictures for closeup of promo mark). Not for sale at the Pokemon Center, toy stores, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
