Pokemon 2013 Battle Boost Tornadus EX holofoil promo card. It was only available in Japan in July, 2013. It was given out when you purchased booster boxes of the new Battle Boost card series at the Pokemon Center for a very limited time. The card has the new "Battle Booster" logo on the middle right side of the card (In Japanese). Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
