Pokemon Center 2013 Pikachu & Inkay lottery prize large sticker. There was a lottery at the Japan Pokemon Centers in November, 2013, to celebrate the grand opening of the Tokyo Bay Pokemon Center. If you spent 3000 yen (about $30), you got one chance in the bingo-type lottery. This was the 3rd (lowest) prize in the lottery. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. Only given out as a lottery prize. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
