Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay 2013 Grand Opening Pikachu mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Tokyo Bay Pokemon Center, in November, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Tokyo Bay. Tokyo Bay, located in Chiba, Japan, is the 8th Pokemon Center to open in Japan. This is one of the promotional goods from the Grand Opening. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Pikachu's shirt says "Tokyo Bay" on the front and "Pokemon Center" on the back. Made in very limited quantity. Made of soft material (polyester).
