Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay 2013 Grand Opening Inkay, Pikachu, Fennekin, Froakie, Dedenne & Friends Jumbo Size Promo Card. This card is JUMBO SIZE. It is much bigger than a normal card. It measures 8" x 5.6" (20cm x 14.5cm). This card was only available at the Tokyo Bay Pokemon Center for the Grand Opening in November, 2013, for a limited time and in very limited quantity. It was not available at any other of the Japan Pokemon Centers. See "Additional Images" for a picture showing the size next to a standard size Pokemon card (small Pokemon card not included). It was not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
