Pokemon Center Tohoku 2017 Renewal Opening Victini Kokeshi plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in June, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the renewal opening of the Tohoku Pokemon Center. It is modeled after a traditional Japanese "Kokeshi" wood doll. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
