Pokemon 2011 lottery prize Terrakion prism holofoil promo card. It was only given out in a special lottery. If you bought a Coro Coro comic in Japan and mailed in the proof of purchase seal on a postcard to the Pokemon lottery office, your name was entered in a special lottery. The lottery was only avaiable to Japanese residents. The was only 2000 of these cards made for all of Japan. Extremely difficult to win, as hundreds of thousands if not near a million people participated in the lottery. It is slightly different from other holofoil cards because it is like a prism instead of a regular holofoil card. It also bears the "Coro Coro" logo on the bottom left corner of the card. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
