This card was given out to participants in the 2013 Gym Challenge Tournament in Japan only for a very limited time in March, 2013. It has a special logo on the middle left hand side of the card that says "Pokemon Card Game Gym Challenge" in Japanese. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
