It came inside the 2012 Team Plasma Battle Gift Set that was sold in Japan in November, 2012, for a limited time (Set not included. You will receive only the deck sleeves). They were not sold separately. Only sold in the set. PLEASE NOTE: These were only sold in sets of 32 deck sleeves, so one set is only enough for 1/2 of you deck. You can put one card in each soft sleeve to protect the cards in your deck while you play the game. They are made of soft plastic.
