Pokemon 2017 Bandai Tea Cup Time Mascot Series #3 Pikachu gashapon figure. It was only sold in vending machines in Japan, in November, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It is called a "Gashapon" figure in Japanese, which is a figure that is sold in a vending machine. When you put money in the vending machine, you received one random figure. There was 5 different figures in the series. It comes with 2 pieces (figure and teacup). Made of plastic. PLEASE NOTE: These are vending machine plastic figures, so the paint job will not always be 100% perfect.
