Pokemon Center 2019 Taiki-Bansei Campaign Kommo-o & Jangmo-o set of 2 charms. "Taiki-Bansei" means "Late Bloomer" in Japanese. This set of 2 charms was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Taiki-Bansei campaign. It has a clip so that it clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
