It was only at the Pokemon Center in Japan, in July, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Surf campaign. The pouch comes with a neck strap. It is waterproof, so it will keep your personal items dry while you go swimming. Its great to hold small items like money, keys, coins, etc. Made of plastic.
