This limited edition set of 2 large stickers was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Sumi-E Retsuden Japanese Ink Art campaign #2. This campaign was a collaboration with famous Japanese Sumi-E Ink artist Okazu. The back peels off and you can stick them on any surface.
