Pokemon 1999 Stantler 2" Tomy plastic figure. This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and some toy stores in Japan, back in 1999. It is part of the first Tomy Pokemon Monster Collection. Made of plastic. Out of production.NOTE: THIS FIGURE IS VERY OLD, SO THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING IS A LITTLE DIRTY AND HAS SOME IMPERFECTIONS DUE TO AGE, BUT IS IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION CONSIDERING ITS AGE. OF COURSE THE FIGURE IS UNOPENED.
