Pokemon Center 2012 Shiny Black Rayquaza sticker sheet. It was given out as a prize in a lottery drawing at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2012. If you purchased 3000 yen (about $39) worth of items during a special limited time campaign, in March, 2012, you got one chance in the lottery. This was the 3rd place prize. Only given out for a very limited time. The sticker sheet contains 11 stickers (7 Rayquaza and 4 Pokeballs). The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
