Pokemon Center 2012 Shiny Black Rayquaza Charm Lottery Prize NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2012 Shiny Black Rayquaza charm. This charm was not sold in any Pokemon Center, toy store or anywhere. It was a prize in the 2012 Shiny Rayquaza lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan. It is Extremely rare. It is a "shiny" (different color variation) version of Rayquaza. There was a lottery at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2012. If you spent 3000 yen (about $39), you got one chance in the bingo-type lottery. Extremely difficult to win. This was the GRAND PRIZE. It has a clip so that you can clip it on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Out of production.
