Pokemon 2012 Shiny (different color) Oshawott Takara Tomy lottery prize plush toy. This plush toy was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. It was a lottery prize in the 2012 Takara Tomy lottery. Extremely rare!!! There was a special lottery campaign from July 14 to August 31, 2012 in Japan. If you spent 2000yen or more (About $25) on Takara Tomy Pokemon toys at participating toy stores in Japan, you received one scratch off card. When you scratched it off you had a chance to win this plush toy. There was only 1000 of these made for all of Japan. Some people probably didn't even send in the winning tickets as the scratch off did not say which prize you would win and the Takara Tomy prizes are usually not very good, so the number of these actually out there could be lower. These are different from the normal Takara Tomy plush toys as they are a different color. Since they are lottery items, they do not have paper tags. See the comparison of the normal version and shiny version (NOTE: normal version of the plush toy is NOT included. You will receive only the shiny version). Made of soft material (polyester).
