Pokemon Center 2014 Shiny Mega Gengar plush toy (White Version). It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in September, 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Made of soft material (polyester). 

Height: 9.25" (22.5cm) from top of head to bottom of arms (when hanging down)
               7" (17.5cm) when sitting

Length: 7.5" (18cm) from nose to tail

Width: 9" (22cm) at widest part

Condition: Brand new. Never been played with. Smoke-free environment. Tag attached.
