Pokemon 2010 lottery prize Shiny Dialga holofoil promo card. It was only given out in a special lottery. If you bought 2 booster packs of Japanese Pokemon cards back in August, 2010 and sent the proof of purchase seals on a postcard to the Pokemon lottery office, your name was entered in a special lottery. The lottery was only avaiable to Japanese residents. The was only 5000 of these cards made for all of Japan. Extremely difficult to win, as hundreds of thousands if not near a million people participated in the lottery. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
