Pokemon Center Skytree Town 2016 Grand Opening Campaign Shiny Black Rayquaza holofoil promo card. This card was only available through a special promotion at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in July, 2016, to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Skytree Town Pokemon Center. The card has the "Pokemon Center Skytree Town" logo printed on the left middle side of the card. The whole card sparkles with rectangular shaped holofoils. Not for sale in any toy stores, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
