Pokemon Center Shibuya 2019 Grand Opening Graffiti Art Pikachu mascot plush keychain (Shibuya Only Version). It was only sold at the Shibuya Pokemon Center in Japan, in November, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity to celebrate the grand opening of the Shibuya Pokemon Center. It was NOT SOLD at any of the other Pokemon Centers, only the Shibuya Pokemon Center. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush mascot is made, it will not stand up on its own.
