Pokemon Center 2016 Secret Teams Campaign #2 Team Flare Pikachu rubber strap. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in December, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Secret Teams Campaign #2. It came inside a box with one random strap inside. There were 7 different straps in the series (You will only receive the one strap in the picture). It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. NOTE: The straps inside the box were random, so the box has been opened to see which strap was inside.
