Pokemon Center 2011 Scraggy (known as Zuruggu in Japanese) Mini Mascot mobile phone strap (version #1). This mobile phone strap was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2011, for a very limited time. It is made to attach to a mobile phone or camera, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. The Pokemon character can be detached from the strap.
