Pokemon Center 2014 Scatterbug, Spewpa & Vivillon set of 3 charms. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in February, 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has a clip so that it clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
