Pokemon Center Tohoku 2017 Renewal Opening Poncho Pikachu Victini plush toy. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in June, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity to celebrate the renewal opening of the Tohoku Pokemon Center. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removable, but you pull the hood back). Made of soft material (polyester).
