Pokemon Center Sapporo 2017 Renewal Opening Campaign #2 Poncho Pikachu Alolan Vulpix plush toy. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in Februray, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Pokemon Center Sapporo Renewal Opening Campaign #2. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT ONLINE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!!! Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removeable, but you pull the hood back). Made of soft material (polyester).
