Pokemon 2018 San-Ei All Star Collection Pachirisu plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Center and very few stores in Japan, in July, 2018, for a very short time and in very limited quantity. San-Ei plushies are high quality plushies that contain a small amount of beans inside. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
