Pokemon Center 2016 Rowlet acrylic plastic character keychain with rubber charm. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in November, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain has a chain so you can attach it to your keyring, wallet, bag, luggage, or whatever you want to attach it to. It also has a detachable rubber charm. Made of hard acrylic plastic (chain is metal, charm is rubber).
