Pokemon 2018 Rayquaza TakaraTomy Moncolle EX HYPER SIZE plastic figure (About double the size of the normal Tomy figures). This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, starting in July, 2018. It is part of the new Takara Tomy Pokemon Moncolle EX Hyper Size Monster Collection. The figure is bigger than the standard size Tomy figures. Made of plastic.
