Pokemon Center 2010 large Raikou moveable sofubi action figure. This figure was only sold in Japan in April, 2010. There were a total of 9 different large moveable action figures in this series: Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Arceus, Giratina, Dialga, Palkia, Lugia & Ho-oh. They were only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores. Raikou's legs move so you can make different poses with it. Made of soft vinyl plastic.
