Pokemon Center 2017 Eevee Poncho Campaign Umbreon Hooded Poncho. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Poncho campaign. It has velcro to fasten and unfasten the poncho. Made of 100% polyester. The staff at the Pokemon Center was wearing them, so they are big enough for most adults to wear them too.
