Pokemon Center 2015 Poncho Pikachu Campaign #1 Mega Charizard Y Hooded Poncho. It was sold at the Mega Tokyo Pokemon Centers in December, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has a button to fasten and unfasten the poncho. Made of 100% polyester. I do not know if these are made for adults or children, but some of the girl staff at the Pokemon Center were wearing them, so I think adults can wear them too. Completely sold out in just minutes at some Pokemon Centers.
