Pokemon Center 2016 Poncho Pikachu Campaign #2 Mega Gallade Plush Toy. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (The hood of the poncho can be taken off, so Pikachu's ears show, but the poncho itself is not removeable). Made of soft material (polyester).
