Pokemon 2005 PokePark Theme Park 9 card promo binder (Blue version). This promo card binder was only sold at the PokePark theme park in Nagoya, Japan back in March, 2005, during the Grand Opening of the theme park. It was never for sale at any toy stores, Pokemon Center, or anywhere else. The cards are numbered 001-009. There are 3 holofoils and 6 normal promo cards. Out of production
